Certified wellness coach, yoga instructor, and colon hydrotherapist, Lyndsay specializes in helping others increase their natural, inner-vitality through the process of fasting. Supported by her expertise, and educational background, in digestion, she is a well of body-mind-soul knowledge ready to support you!
Massage & colon hydrotherapy:
These hands-on practices deeply encourage and facilitate the detox process. Massage will focus on the lymphatic system and “moving” toxins through the bloodstream. And the ancient practice of bowel cleansing is arguably the most important aspect to any cleanse.
Lyndsay and guest teachers facilitate both deeply supportive and restorative yoga experiences. Gentle movement of the body supports the detox process as well as bringing the nervous system, mind and spirit back into equilibrium.

Juices & fresh herbs support and enhance the cleansing process and are vital to restore the body’s natural vitamin, mineral and nutrient levels often depleted from today’s lifestyle.
